Online survey
I created an online survey to gather information directly from potential users about their experiences, challenges, and preferences in intercultural communication. The goal was to identify common communication barriers, understand user needs in different cultural contexts, and gather feedback on the most engaging and effective learning methods.
This information helped shape the app's features, ensuring they were relevant, user-focused, and culturally inclusive.

One of the most informative questions in the survey was: “What learning formats do you consider most effective?”
This question helped identify users' preferences in how they consume and retain information, for example, through videos, interactive simulations, text materials, or real-life role-playing scenarios. In my case, these were simulated scenarios and dialogue examples.
The responses showed clear patterns in the learning style preferences of representatives of different cultures, which will directly influence the development of content delivery methods for the application to make them more engaging and effective for different users.
